I have worked with computers since the DOS 3.5 inch boot up, about 17 years. I have recently

been offering my services as an IT Consultant to family and friends that own business and

want to upgrade to modern technology. By analyzing the business needs of the individuals, I

have have been able to create cost effective IT solutions for carpet retailers, plumbing,

housing agencies, lawn care, church, tattoo, and part distribution companies. I am often called

by family, friends, and co-workers to fix their computer and networking issues. I am bright and

ambitious, and I am a very honest and hardworking person.

I am currently looking for a position where I can apply the skills that I have learned in an

Computer Technician: Full time/NF-02

While only working with MWR for a short time, I have become a reliable and dependable

source of modern IT functions and practices. In relation to a governmental controlled computer

systems mixed with a civilian internet based computer systems, I have maintained and created

databases of training certification requirements for each employee, created inventory

spreadsheets and databases of both systems, and improved telecommunication systems. I

designed and purposed means and methods that not only saved thousands of dollars but also

increased efficiency within the organization.

Computer Technician: Full Time

Started with the company installing AFN and SkyPerfect satellite dishes, I was able to work

with every function of an Internet Service Provider. I was prompted to Computer Technician

and repaired customer computers and preformed server updates and maintenance. Adding to

my additional duties, I also installed and managed the entire ISP’s wireless customer base.

I managed and maintained an active inventory of computers, software, and customer accounts

in support of billing contracts under the NMCI contract. By using Microsoft Office applications, I

prepared various reports, spreadsheets, and graphs to show tracking and progressing in

support of the primary CTR and NMCI.

-- Controlled all Exchange 5.5 functions, CSV's, mailbox organization, and Public Folder
